Description: Decorative panel around the rim of the bowl, which is divided in geometric quadrants; covered in a striking Medium Blue Glaze, with a hint of perhaps Green overspray. Bottom markings include the inscribed Double-A, Van Briggle, Colorado Springs, date of 1906, and the finisher #8 to the right side of the Double-A, all in the handwriting attributed to Anne Van Briggle; and the impressed Design #430. Bottom has a light application of the glaze.

Other: An uncommon design – not seen often for sale. Most of the geometric patterns have been attributed in early records to Anne Van Briggle, although we do not have a notation of designer on this one.
