Description: Beautiful example of stylized leaves design, with Green Glaze over Chocolate Clay, high points of design showing chocolate clay through glaze! There is also a fine over spray of red glaze; remarkable effect!
Bottom markings include inscribed Double-A, Van Briggle, Colo. Spgs., date of 1907 and design #466; all in the handwriting attributed to Anne Van Briggle.
Dimensions: 5 1/4″ height, 3 3/8″ diameter at widest area.
Other: Outstanding glaze with chocolate clay showing through high points of design! Production date of 1907 fairly HTF, as new Memorial Pottery was also in construction at the 2nd pottery site.
Possible finisher mark inscribed under the date.
