Description: Light Green Glaze over a pattern on stylized leaves and panels, on reddish clay. All the markings indicative of the 1907-12 production period: inscribed Double-A, Van Briggle, Colo. Spgs., numbers “11” & “4” on either side of the Double-A, and the Design #651 inscribed. Handwriting of person unknown.

Dimensions: Height 6 1/4″, Diameter 3 3/4″

Other: Others have called this the Garden of the Gods clay. I have found no records or evidence of when/if they used clay from Garden of the Gods. Numerous sites around Colorado Springs attribute their clay to having been used by Van Briggle Pottery.
