Congratulations. Some of these treasures take a long time to fill in the gaps. One piece at a time !!!!
Thank you. It will take all collectors to fill in the many gaps. There are so many “plain” designs, probably produced by Ambrose Schlegel during the absence of Artus, due to his illness & wintering in Arizona for his health. Many of them may not have been produced for too long when Artus & Anne returned to work. After Artus’ death 7-4-1904; you will see many of the “plain” designs appearing again. If you look through the catalog; you can almost predict the circumstances by the periods of “plain” designs.
