Description: Heart-shaped leaves surrounding rim of bowl; covered in Mountain Crag Brown glaze, described in the early literature as containing the “browns & greens found in a mountain crag.” Bottom clay is gritty with marking of U.S.A. associated with the 1922-1926 production period.
Dimensions: 4 1/4″ height
Other: Design often referred to as the “philodendron” bowl. In the mid-century period; the bowl was “cut down” at the top, around the design of the leaves.
